Jennifer Lawrence is rumored to be considering taking a break from acting after the birth of her child.

Jennifer Lawrence, a Hollywood actress, is about to become a first-time mother, and she appears to want to spend more time with her family once she delivers her baby.

According to aceshowbiz.com, the actress who plays Kate Dibiasky in ‘Don’t Look Up’ is planned to take a brake from performing after having baby.

According to a source close to Lawrence, the 31-year-old Oscar winner will take a year off from acting when her kid is born, according to HollywoodLife.com. “In terms of Jen’s job, she has thoroughly appreciated taking this time off and focusing on herself and her pregnancy,” a source told the publication.

“She has put in a lot of effort for several years, and it has paid off handsomely,” the so-called inside source stated.

“She is going to get back into acting, but not until a year after the kid is born,” the source added.

Jennifer is already working on her next big project, despite the fact that she is prepared to take a sabbatical.

“She’s been reading a lot of screenplays and is looking for a job that will allow her to showcase her range as an actress.” She feels she can handle it all and intends to strike a healthy balance between job and being a mother and wife,” the source revealed.

Jennifer Lawrence and her husband Cooke Maroney are expecting their first child.

The ‘Hunger Games’ star has promised to maintain her child’s privacy and not let her public life harm her growing family ahead of the birth of her first child.

“If someone said to me at a dinner party, ‘Oh, my God, you’re expecting a baby,’ I’d say, ‘God, I can’t talk about that.’ In November, she told Vanity Fair magazine, “Get away from me, you maniac!”

“But every instinct in my body wants to preserve their privacy for the rest of their life, as much as I can,” the ‘Red Sparrow’ singer added. I don’t want anyone to think they’re welcome in their world. And I believe it begins with my decision to exclude them from this aspect of my profession.”
