Season 2 First Look: Watch Tom Hiddleston And The Loki Variant Eating Fast Food

During the Infinity Saga, Tom Hiddleston’s Loki developed into one of the most adored characters in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Naturally, Loki was one of the first in line to earn their own series when Marvel began creating them for Disney+. By bringing Tom Hiddleston’s Loki to the Loki variation Sylvie, Loki last year became an utter hit and profoundly and heartwarmingly transformed the character (Sophia Di Martino). In a sneak peek first look at season two filming, Comicbook.com has revealed viewers can already see Tom Hiddleston and his Loki version grabbing some fast food. Season two of Loki is now filming and is scheduled to broadcast on Disney+ next summer.

The legendary original Tom Hiddleston Loki version and Sophia Di Martino’s Sylvie variant are shown in the first round of photos standing next to a neat-looking pickup vehicle with a McDonald’s set hidden behind it. They don’t have any Asgardian embellishments on their attire, yet the couple nevertheless manages to look magnificently sophisticated in their earthly attire. The images of Loki and Sylvie together suggest that the two may be attempting to repair their relationship. This occurs after the events of Loki season one, when Sylvie deceived and exiled Loki in order to kill He Who Remains (a Kang version played to perfection by Jonathan Majors) and wreak havoc across the Marvel Multiverse.

In the last moments of Loki season one, after Sylvie’s deception, the Tom Hiddleston Loki variety ended up in an alternate universe of the famed TVA, where it seemed as though Kang ruled over everything. In the image above, Sylvie’s new appearance is more clearly visible. Her golden circular collar piece appears to have seen some wear and tear, which might be an indication that life hasn’t been easy since she killed He Who Remains. Given Loki’s unpredictability and its capacity to alter timelines and worlds, Sylvie’s new appearance might be the result of a variety of factors.

Two close-ups of Tom Hiddleston as Loki (seen above) depict the character in a sad mood in-take and the actor in good spirits when the cameras aren’t rolling, possibly implying that Loki and Sylvie’s late-night McDonald’s encounter isn’t as pleasant as the former would have wanted. Again, it would be foolish to assume that these two people are the variations we saw in season one. It’s possible that these two characters are whole new variations with entirely new backstories; that’s part of the excitement of Loki’s time-bending notion.

The attire, which includes a stylish long coat, a tidy tie, and brown suit pants, is evident of both Tom Hiddleston’s and Loki’s attractive and sophisticated personas in these daylight photos of Hiddleston as Loki. Even while all of these images just provide a general “look,” they are nevertheless exciting enough for fans of one of Marvel’s most adored characters and series.

It would be interesting to say the least to see how Loki season two on Disney+ develops next summer given the significance of both Kang and the Multiverse in the future phases five and six of the MCU.
