Salma Hayek graced our timelines with another swimsuit photo, but this time she went for humor rather than heat. “The pain and pleasure of cold water.” she captioned two images she shared on Jan 9.
We see a surprised-looking Hayek in the water in the first snap, possibly responding to how cold the water is. Then, in the following shot, we get a closeup of her smiling, clearly accustomed to the frigid temperatures.
This week has been an incredible start to the new year — and not only because we’ve been crushing our resolutions. Hayek’s Instagram page has been treated with not one, not two, but three swimsuit-themed photographs in the last week.
The first was when she looked stunning in an alcove as she waved farewell to 2021, and the second was when her plump, toned body grabbed headlines. This one, though, may be our favorite since it features Hayek’s trademark wit.
Hayek discussed how she embraces aging organically in an interview with Holmes Place:
“I don’t dye [my hair] because I am curious to see how I am going to look with this. I am sure in the next movie they will say sorry you will have to dye it, but I am enjoying watching them come in. I don’t have any Botox. Maybe later I will change my mind, but for now, I am comfortable being fifty. I am comfortable in my own skin.”
