Harry Potter 20th Anniversary: Return to Hogwarts was, of course, the biggest story of the week. Our return to the realm of wizards and Daniel Radcliffe, the apple of our youthful eyes, was made possible by the fam service. The cast and crew, which included Emma Watson, Rupert Grint, Helena Bonham Carter, and others, as well as Dan, reminisced about their time at Hogwarts. However, it turns out that the reunion episode’s creators blundered as well.
Emma was, as predicted, one of the reunion special’s major attractions. She did, in fact, open the episode to the rest of the globe because she was the first to appear. In comparison to the rest of the group, she was the most involved. The goof-up occurred when the program covered her childhood and growing up with the series, and the producers were confused between Emma Watson and Emma Roberts. Do you want to learn how? Continue reading to find out what went wrong.
So the portion in question in Harry Potter 20th Anniversary: Return to Hogwarts was about Emma Watson’s early love of the series and her father reading JK Rowling’s novels to her. A photo of a small girl sporting Mickey mouse ears was provided as a visual reflection of her upbringing. While Watson’s photo was scheduled to be used, the study team instead used Emma Roberts’.
A Twitterati noticed this, and once it went viral, fans all across the world verified it was Emma Roberts, not Emma Watson. Take a look at the tweet below.
